➞ Google + SEO
The SEO industry is in major shake-ups, with these constant AI-search updates from Google. I can feel you, it is really scary how fast search is changing. Take a look at Cyrus’s recent Twitter thread about Google’s project Magi:
ChatGPT with browsing mode is literally every SEO’s best friend! It can find a website to guest post on, fetch the submission guidelines, contact details and even write the outreach email.
NICE!
➞ Social Media
I am focusing more on LinkedIn to build my brand presence, hence starting this newsletter. This image will come in handy. Save this, if you too are investing more time in your Linkedin social media strategy.
➞ AI + Creator Economy
A 23-year-old Snapchat creator built an AI AVATAR based on her personality using OpenAI's GPT technology and released it to her followers. Now CarynAI—her digital doppelganger, raked in $71,610 in revenue in just one week!
She estimates it will bring around $5 million every month. This mind-boggling!Creators say they’ll gross $108,199 in revenue in 2023 and will pay themselves $62,224 — a gross margin of 59%. The Tilt did a great creator report on how the creator economy is treating creators on a bigger landscape.
➞ WordPress
I’ve been using WordPress since 2007. Like most people, I am an average person who doesn't code or know how to design aesthetic themes. Still, I’m a noob but I made most of my websites using WordPress.
Most WordPress users like me took the help of page builders. And they saved a ton of our time, speeding up things. Now with WordPress 6.2 release, everything has changed.
WordPress now offers a complete theme builder along with page builders. Anyone can build beautiful pages, even themes if they have decent design taste. WPcrafter did a wonderful breakdown video of this. I highly recommend watching this. For this 1st issue, I want to use this opportunity to introduce you to this WordPress plugin - Fluent Support, an amazing customer support ticketing system powered within WordPress!
Want to manage your customers' support tickets right from the WordPress dashboard? Fluent Support covers it all!
First & foremost, let me clarify– I lead the marketing team of Fluent Support. We have been working on this plugin for 2 years. This feature-rich plugin is far better than the market competitors and it goes head to head with some saas customer support solutions like Freshdesk, Help Scout, and Zendesk. Yes, really! Don’t believe me? Then checkout this video for real quick!
➞ Customer Experience
A happy customer is more likely to become your loyal customer if you play your cards right. But unhappy customers are timebombs for businesses and can ruin your reputation on the go.
How can you make your customers happy? Simple, give them an unbelievable customer experience every time they interact with you.
But how? And what the heck is customer experience?
Check out my blog I wrote about what is customer experience and how it will help you build a loyal customer base to increase repeat sales.
Bring back Geocities!
—see you next Monday!
