★ Read this Twitter post from Nathan Gotch on how they recovered SEO of a Google-penalized e-commerce website.

★ Meta’s new app, a Twitter alternative “Thraeds” is now open to everyone and it gained over 100 million users in 4 days (more like funneled from Instagram). Here’s a full detailed thought by fellow creator Jay Clouse you might read on threads launch.
★ According to a report from Data.ai, TikTok became the market leader for in-app purchases in the US, recording roughly $780 million in app-store income in 2022.

★ Twitter VS Threads? Which will win the creator economy? Here’s a brutal analysis by Alex Valaitis.
★ Creator economy added a new part of creators in recent years. College Athletes. The NCAA abolished its earlier ban on athletes making money off their name, image, and likeness (also known as NIL) in July 2021. According to Opendorse, it will now be a $10 billion market every year.

★ What are the consequences of removing a support channel?
YourCXGuy: “Removing a support channel can have significant consequences on the customer experience.
It may limit customers' ability to reach out for assistance, which can lead to frustration and ultimately impact their satisfaction with a product or service.”
